Privacy. Short version: we keep almost nothing.
The FDE Dispatch app for ChatGPT runs a practice decomposition round, scores it, and shows the path into Forward Deployed Engineering. This page says what the app itself stores. ChatGPT's own handling of your conversation is governed by OpenAI's privacy policy, not by us.
What we store. When you start a round, the app creates a random round id and records, per question, which of six scoping areas the question was about and how specific it was, plus up to 200 characters of the question text, so the round can be scored. When the round is scored, the app stores the scores and the one or two sentence summary of your recommendation that ChatGPT passes to it. Rounds are deleted automatically after seven days.
What we don't store. No name, no email, no account, no ChatGPT user id, no IP address, and no transcript of the conversation. The app has no login and asks for none.
Booking clicks. If you tap a booking button, the app records that a click happened, which card it came from, the round id if there was one, and your browser's user-agent string, then sends you to Cal.com. Those click records are deleted after 90 days. Anything you enter on Cal.com is governed by Cal.com's privacy policy and comes to us as a booking.
Where it runs. On Cloudflare Workers and Workers KV, under the fdedispatch.com domain. Nothing is sold or shared with third parties; nothing is used for advertising.
Questions or deletion. Email [email protected] with your round id and we'll delete it.
