Population
  The 11 Cohere rows with in_page_stats = true among the 725 postings
  from 121 employers counted on the salary, job titles, locations and
  travel pages (rows with in_page_stats = true in
  fde-postings-2026-10-24.csv in this folder). All 11 come from
  Cohere's public Ashby board, pulled October 24, 2026. 9 are
  engineer-family titles and 2 are Engineering Manager, FDE titles.
  Cohere ties Cloudflare and Scale AI at 11 postings (ninth by posting
  count). This is a small sample.

Method
  Built by scripts/build-cohere-aggregate.py from
  fde-postings-2026-10-24.json, fde-locations-2026-10-24.json (rows
  matched on posting URL) and fde-skills-2026-10-25.csv (the requirements
  index; posting text re-fetched October 25, 2026; the 9 engineer-title
  Cohere postings are in it; the 2 Engineering Manager texts were absent
  from the re-fetch upload and are absent from the index).
  Track: title text. Forward Deployed Engineer, Agentic Platform (5);
  Forward Deployed Engineer, Infrastructure Specialist (3); Forward
  Deployed Engineer, Sovereign AI (1); Engineering Manager, FDE (2).
  Buckets sum to 11 (5 / 3 / 1 / 2).
  US vs outside the US and remote-listed: the published locations-index
  definitions (US-located = every listed location in the US;
  remote-listed = board marks remote or a listed location contains
  Remote; mixed = US and non-US locations listed together). Buckets sum
  to 11 (0 US / 8 outside / 3 mixed). 6 list remote. Workplace is Remote
  on those 6 and Hybrid on the other 5.
  Requirements: only agents, customer_facing, python, rag, apis,
  containers and ts_js are published as Cohere comparisons. The
  llm_genai, evals and cloud keyword flags under- or over-count relative
  to the posting texts, so those flags are recorded under
  unreliable_keyword_flags and are not used as published comparisons.
  Cohere has 9 rows in the index (under the 10+ employer rank cut). A
  mention is not a hard requirement.
  Travel: upper bound = largest number in the stated percentage string,
  the rule used by fde-travel-2026-10-24.json. All 9 engineer seats state
  20-40% (upper 40). Both manager seats mention travel without a
  percentage. Median stated upper bound among those 9 is 40, against 30
  across all employers.
  Pay: report the ATS pay_currency as stated; never convert; never
  compare non-USD pay to the USD engineer median. 6 of 11 list a range
  (5 CAD, 1 KRW). None list USD. The United States-named Agentic Platform
  seat is mixed US/Canada on the locations index and CAD in the ATS
  field; the posting body does not state a salary range or currency.
  Posted ranges are not offers and exclude equity value.

Caveats
  Counts are open postings on a public board on one day and do not
  measure headcount. Matching is by title only. Eleven postings is a
  small sample; do not over-read employer-level rates.
  These listings were live on the October 24, 2026 snapshot; this file has
  no posting-date range.
